Here at Moti Smile Design Centre, your safety is paramount to us. You may not be aware but a dental practice has very strict cross infection control procedures in place, all day, everyday. It is what we do.

Should I still attend my appointment at Moti Smile Design Centre?

Yes, you should attend your appointment as normal unless we contact you. However, if you have symptoms of a cold or flu, we simply ask that you rearrange your appointment by telephone or email for when you are better.

What infection control measures do we have in place for patients?

To reassure our patients, as an additional precautionary measure we have implemented a voluntary additional layer of protocols on top of our already stringent hygiene procedures. These include:

· Alcohol hand gel available for use by our patients at the reception desk and other areas of the practice. We would encourage you to use this on entering and leaving the practice as a minimum.

· We continue to conduct routine sterilization, as normal.

· We have implemented additional stringent cleaning of hard surfaces in practice communal areas with bacterial and virus inhibiting alcohol cleaners.
